Housekeeping Services
The Housekeeping Services unit provides the University Community with a safe, clean, and attractive environment through effective management of human and financial resources. The Housekeeping Services unit is divided into three areas of responsibility, each with a dedicated manager. These areas are Main Campus Housekeeping, Housing Housekeeping, and Health Sciences Campus Housekeeping. Housekeeping Services offices are located on both Main and Health Sciences campuses.

Requests for housekeeping services should be made via the on-line work order request system WEB Asset/Work Management System or by contacting the appropriate Housekeeping office, area manager, or the Director of Housekeeping Services by e-mail THORELLC@ECU.EDU , telephone 252-328-6169, or fax 252-758-8160.
