Campus Operations Award for Excellence
The following Campus Operations employees have been recognized with the Campus Operations Award for Excellence.
The Campus Operations Award for Excellence Program is designed to recognize, on a semi-annual basis, non-supervisory and supervisory members of the Campus Operations staff in the following departmental areas: Facilities Engineering & Architectural Services; Campus Operations administrative staff; Facilities Services staff working in Eppes Building 3 (Administrative Office) to include Facilities Service Center Staff, Maintenance Engineering, etc; Grounds Services administration including Assistant Director, Landscape Architect, Administrative Support Associate; Utilities Services administration including Assistant Director, Administrative Support Associate, and Department Purchasing Agent; Building Services administration including Assistant Director, Administrative Support Associate; Housekeeping Services administration including Managers, Administrative Support Associates; Facilities Services – Health Sciences Campus administration including Assistant Directors, Administrative Support Associates, and Construction & Renovation Design Tech.
With the 2007 First Quarter, the categories changed to Service, Leadership, Ambition, and Spirit from the Centennial Award for Excellence program, formerly the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence program.
In 2016, the Campus Operations Award for Excellence Program was not conducted.

Prior to 06/27/16, the Campus Operations Award for Excellence program recognized members of the Campus Operations Staff from departmental areas including Risk Management. The Risk Management position moved from Campus Operations to Office of Enterprise Risk Management 06/27/16.
Prior to 01/13/10, the Campus Operations Award for Excellence program recognized members of the Campus Operations Staff from departmental areas: Facilities Engineering & Architectural Services, Risk Management, Campus Operations administrative staff, and Facilities Services staff working in Eppes Building 3 (Administrative Office) to include Facilities Service Center Staff, Maintenance Engineering, etc.
Prior to 01/29/08, the Campus Operations Award for Excellence program recognized members of the Campus Operations Staff from departmental areas: Facilities Engineering & Architectural Services Project Managers and Facilities Engineering & Architectural Services, Risk Management, and Campus Operations administrative staff.
Office of Environmental Health & Safety and Parking & Transportation Services were not part of Campus Operations following a re-organization effective 01/29/07.
